Power Lunch at The Chancery

On the 22nd of June CWN held its second Power Lunch at The Chancery restaurant in Chancery Lane. Due to high demand CWN members filled two tables and a spirited time was had by all. Proprietor Zak Jones and his team provided friendly service and the food was exceptional.
We enjoyed a memorable gourmet three-course meal, a glass of wine and coffee from The Chancery's new autumn seasonal menu. Everyone had a fantastic time making new connections and catching up with old friends.
As usual, for those who could spare the time the Power Lunch, which is supposed to be reasonably fast, lasted well into the afternoon. One topic of conversation that interested everyone at my table including new CWN member Libby Denchfield, was the delicate balance of family and work life and how it is a constant but rewarding challenge.

CWN is a great mix. There are events that are serious, that cover topics that are new to me, and there are events that are fun. There are people from a range of sectors, some in the City, many not.There are also plenty of opportunities for collaboration and friendship.
