Promoting female talent
CWN believes in the economic and business value of gender diversity. Not only are we committed to the advancement of female talent in business, we are here to help and add our voice to members and to the wider community.

Voicing business issues
CWN and its members are  sought out by the media and researchers for expertise regarding both women’s and business issues.  We have many members who are authors, speakers and moderators.

We have worked with the BBC (Radio 4 and Today), BBC News, City AM, Sky News, The Financial Times and The Times.

Representing senior women
We also gave testimony to the Treasury Select Committee’s inquiry into ‘Women in The City’ and participated in the Davies Report ‘Women on Boards’. Our President Emeritus became Global Chair of The 30 Percent Club in April 2015 and former CWN President and Fellowship Chairman of The Worshipful Company of Marketors Diane Morris received the 2015 TIAW Mandy Goetze 21st Century Award. In addition, members of our Board and many of our CWN members speak regularly at conferences, judge industry awards and are publicly recognised experts in their respective fields, firmly establishing CWN as a trusted voice for senior women in business.

Advice and support
CWN members share experiences and look for advice from experienced peers. Discussing challenges and opportunities opens the door to valuable suggestions and guidance.
