If you are not a member of CWN you may attend all events which have a 'Register as a non-member' link. This is your route to the booking process.

Event details are held on the website of our partner, the EuropeanPWN. Clicking on a title will take you to the event details in the members' area of the EuropeanPWN website. This is only accessible with a EuropeanPWN username and password which is not the same as the CWN username and password. If you have difficulties accessing the EuropeanPWN website please contact the CWN Website Administrator from this webpage. We suggest that you choose the Keep Me Logged In option on the EuropeanPWN website so that in future you will be taken straight to each event.
Members have a choice of how to pay. You can either pay by cheque, sending it to the CWN Administrative Office, with a booking form. You can download the form here. Or you can pay online. Start by clicking on a title; you will be taken to the event entry on the EuropeanPWN website and will be able to make the payment from there. Payments on line are deducted in euros even though CWN events are priced in sterling, which means the precise sterling amount you pay may vary slightly.
Refunds: If an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, booking fees paid will be held against future events unless you request a refund. If you have booked for an event and can no longer attend, seven days' prior notice of cancellation is required to enable a refund to be provided (at the discretion of CWN).
