Information:POSTPONED Urban myths and folklore are common, however, when the subject matter is as sensitive and important as your family, it is even more important to know exactly where you stand.

Speakers from Kingsley Napley LLP's Family Law department will seek to unravel some of the common myths surrounding Family Law in England and Wales. The interactive talk will cover a number of Family Law issues of interest, including:
• Prenuptial agreements - all that I have, I give to you?
• Is there any such thing as a "common law" wife?
• What is a woman worth? the Court's approach to the separation of assets on divorce
Members of our Private Client department will also be on hand to give you tax planning tips and guidance on making a will. There will be drinks and nibbles and a chance to chat with fellow members and Kingsley Napley staff.
