| Information: | In addressing the questions posed Judith will discuss current statistics of board representation in Europe and the USA, explaining why diversity equals improved financial performance results and share her invaluable experiences of time on boards and addressing the biological issue.
Judith has had a hugely successful career in financial services, received her MBA from Wharton School in 1981 and then joined Goldman Sachs in New York as an equity analyst. In 1993 Judith relocated to Goldman Sachs in London to become Head of UK and European Research. During her two year term as Head of Research, Judith expanded the size of the department by 60% and implemented a new structure which provided equity research by sector rather than by country.
In 1999 Judith joined ABG Securities, a Swedish brokerage firm, as Head of Research and later became CEO. As CEO of ABG, she helped to execute its merger with Sundal Collier in 2001.Today Judith is Chairman of the Board of ABG Sundal Collier, a full-service investment bank listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
