What went wrong? Why? What lessons can be learned? How does the weather affect investor behaviour? What were the rating agencies thinking? How do we address the compensation issue? These questions and many others were part of a wide-ranging discussion held at the Howard Hotel on March 24.

CWN members and many others from the London business community attended a panel discussion moderated by Roger Martin, Dean of the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Martin was joined on the panel by finance faculty Eric Kirzner (value investing), Lisa Kramer (investor behaviour) and Alan White (derivatives and structured products). Each panellist discussed their contribution to a new publication: The Finance Crisis and Rescue, and then took questions from attendees.
