Deborah Humphrey has a background in leadership and mental health and blends creative writing and poetry into her coaching sessions. Claudia Filsinger, also a qualified coach, with a background in international B2B sales, often uses writing as a mindfulness and focusing exercise. Together, they have created this fascinating writers’ workshop which uses Zoom technology to allow for a truly interactive and immersive session.
