How does the move to a future remote and socially distanced workplace impact on staff inclusion but also feelings of exclusion? How can organisations harness employee difference as a strategic advantage through their leadership, management, and business practices?
We invite you to join us on Tuesday 29th September 29th at 1pm for a lively virtual panel discussion on Inclusion. This event is held in partnership with Nomura (one of our corporate members) to celebrate Inclusion Week.
We will be joined by Christine Hemphill, KC Goundiam, Sanjeev Sharma and Sasha Scott to discuss how to ensure that businesses are well set up to manage individual differences remotely as we move towards the 'new normal' way of working. Attracting, developing, and retaining the best diverse talent who are able to progress and thrive will be critical.

Member: tickets are free, however, have the option of making a donation to WOW by choosing one of the Member 'donation' tickets.
Non-member: There is a nominal charge (a choice between a £10, £15 and £20 ticket price), with all money raised going to CWN’s charity partner, Wellbeing of Women (WOW).
