Supporting the mental fitness of the next generation of leader...

The last year has shed light on everyone’s mental health and tested even the most resilient. Within this, it is widely considered that the biggest challenge, and the most exciting opportunity, is improving how we can support teens and graduates to optimise their wellbeing as they move into the workplace.

Join Teen Wellbeing expert, Adele Hawkes MAPPCP, and Leadership Consultant, Charlotte Wiseman MAPPCP, to openly discuss this pressing topic. They'll share the research and offer us tips on best practice from the field of Positive Psychology before giving us the chance to explore these with them, asking the questions “Is this really working?” and “What else can we do?”

This informal and practical session will give employers, leaders and parents the chance to reflect and share knowledge on the support they can offer the Future Minds the workforce. You'll walk away inspired, equipped and ready to take action to promote positive mental fitness, every day.
