Drawing from the Lean Agile toolkit, Isabella Reggio will share some easily adoptable approaches and techniques to manage and collaborate with your teams, both on projects or every day activities, and keep them connected and engaged. The goal of this interactive session is to provide some new thinking and equip you with tested techniques distilled in simple and practical tips that you can implement immediately.
This workshop is applicable to all – whether you are a member of or leading a team, as well as those that are self-employed and want to work smarter. The agile working principles can be adapted to many areas of your life.
About Isabella Reggio
After a 15 years of a corporate career with General Electric, across several functions and geographies, Isabella moved to consulting in 2010. This allowed her to identify her passion of designing and delivering change and transformation programmes, and coaching and developing client teams in the process. She is motivated by learning and self-development, and applies that by always exploring new practices, methods and tools. She practices Lean Agile ways of working, and utilises them with clients, in her own business, and in her personal life! She is a partner at nest321, a consulting firm focused on delivery of growth and transformation initiatives, coaching, training to clients.
Pricing
Member: tickets are free, however, have the option of making a donation to WOW by choosing one of the Member 'donation' tickets.
Non-member: There is a nominal charge (a choice between a £10, £15 and £20 ticket price), with all money raised going to CWN’s charity partner, Wellbeing of Women (WOW).
