Event Details
At a time when you might be struggling to visit your GP or health advisor, how do you know if your current symptoms show that you are perimenopausal, or are just a response to the change in the new environment that we are all living through?
Kate Pigeon-Owen from Wellbeing International will lead this webinar to understand the science of the Menopause looking at the emotional, mental and physical changes as you approach this new phase in your life. Together we look at the positives and issues such as sleep, hot flushes, anxiety and libido. We will explore why some women seem to make this transition with ease whilst others struggle more. We will discuss a 5 Step Approach to help you build your own personal journey, including small tweaks and changes to your lifestyle that will hopefully guide you through a more gentle menopause.
