Isobel in her own words
Years of experience as a Physical Therapist, Fitness and Personal Development Coach, working with a huge variety of clients, from 8 year olds to 80 year olds, athletes and sedentary’s, has taught me many things. But more than anything, it has shown me that to really thrive in life there are 5 fundamental things we simply must include in our day to day lives.
We only need to look at the Blue Zones to know, that some of it is much simpler than we realise. If I can share and inspire others to adapt small, bitesize healthy habits that impact their lives in a really positive way, then that in itself, benefits my health!
As we approach the Spring Equinox, it’s time for a shedding of skin, a gentle re-boot, in line with nature’s cycle. Let’s view this session as an opportunity to step into the new season with intention and renewed energy for all that is to come.
