Amy Morris
With nearly two decades of recruitment experience, Amy is the Managing Director for the UK and Europe at Oakleaf Partnership. While her career has spanned various sectors, her primary focus has been on the commerce and industry markets, specialising in senior HR roles.
Her extensive network encompasses start-ups and global corporations, providing me with a deep understanding of diverse business environments, strategies, and effective solutions for addressing client challenges.
Driven by a passion for connecting people, she actively manage talent communities – particularly those that emphasise the promotion and empowerment of women in the workplace. Leveraging my comprehensive experience, I am able to deliver valuable insights and tailor solutions for clients, successfully navigating their unique needs and objectives.
Uma Cresswell
Uma is of Indian heritage and was born in Uganda. She is former President and President Emeritus of of City Women Network. She is also a Board Member/SID/RemCo Chair/Consumer Duty Champion and Safeguarding Lead serving on a number of boards (in both the private and third sector) including the English Football League in the Community, bpha Housing Association and Fair For You CIC.
Prior to her NED portfolio career, Uma spent over 25 years within the investment banking/financial services sector working across Europe, Middle East, North America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. A globally experienced business leader and strategic thinker, Uma leverages diverse corporate experience and commercial insight to drive forward ambitious development strategies and ensure accelerated growth. With a nuanced understanding of HR mechanics, she fosters highly effective and collaborative business cultures embedding EDI, diligent governance, operational, reputational and conduct risk at the core of strategic practice. Uma is CIPD accredited, an NLP Practitioner, a Mentor and a Strengthscope coach.
