As we start to find a sense or normality again, we are delighted to invite you to this members-only evening supper club for a long awaited intimate networking evening at an exclusive private dining location just moments from The City and Barbican, owned by City Professional turned chef, Claudia Stachelhaus.
After working in structured finance in Germany, Australia and London for 15 years, Claudia decided to take the plunge and open her apartment in Hoxton for guests to dine in and enjoy. She has always loved cooking and entertaining and the apartment is a perfect backdrop for it with spectacular views over London.
Claudia will be our host and chef the evening, along with one of our CWN Board Members. The evening will start with drinks and canapes before being seated for a delicious seasonal three-course meal. The ingredients Claudia uses are locally sourced; fish comes from Steve Hatt, meat from McKenna Meat with fruit and vegetables from the stalls at Chapel Market.
Upon registering for your space, you will be sent a menu to pre-select your options from as well as selecting any dietary requirements you may have.
