We are delighted to invite you to this members-only evening supper club for an evening of networking at an exclusive private dining location just moments from The City and Barbican, owned by City Professional turned chef, Claudia Stachelhaus.
After working in structured finance in Germany, Australia and London for 15 years, Claudia decided to take the plunge and open her apartment in Hoxton for guests to dine in and enjoy. She has always loved cooking and entertaining and the apartment is a perfect backdrop for it with spectacular views over London.
Claudia will be our chef the evening, along with CWN Events Strategy Committee Member, Nicky Barclay. The evening will start with drinks and canapes before being seated for a delicious seasonal three-course meal. The ingredients Claudia uses are locally sourced; fish comes from Steve Hatt, meat from McKenna Meat with fruit and vegetables from the stalls at Chapel Market.
