This virtual Yoga class will aim to de-stress, relax and re-set you for the new year. Join Sian O'Neill for a gently flowing yoga class where we’ll focus on the breath to calm the nervous system, grounding postures to anchor ourselves and a gentle flow from one pose to the next. Finishing with a luxurious relaxation, you’ll emerge feeling restored and re-vitalised. Please note that this class is not suitable for those 12 weeks pregnant or under.
Sian believes in the transformational power of yoga. She has been teaching for eight years, having qualified with distinction at Yoga campus, one of the UK’s leading teacher training centres. She continues to learn with regular follow-up trainings with leading international teachers. She has published two books on yoga, including 'Yoga Student Handbook' and ‘Yoga Teaching Handbook’, published by Hachette. She is also Series Editor of the 'Yoga Teaching Guides'. Member: tickets are free, however, have the option of making a donation to Wellbeing of Women (WOW) by choosing one of the Member 'donation' tickets.
Non-member: There is a nominal charge (a choice between a £10, £15 and £20 ticket price), with all money raised going to WOW.
