Event Details
In our current environment, looking after your personal wellbeing is so important to keep you grounded and well. For some of us, this might be your first experience of a Sound Bath, while others may be a regular at reaching a new level of relaxation through the power of instruments.
Sound Baths use a number of instruments to create different vibrational frequencies that aid relaxation and self-healing. There are very little contra-indications to Sound Baths and Sound Healing, as it is a natural form of relaxation, with no other interventions. Our bodies emanate different vibrational frequencies which can be affected by the external environment, situations and emotions. When these frequencies are out of balance we often feel stress, anxiety, a feeling of DIS-EASE which can lead to us feeling unwell. If this continues for a longer period of time this can lead to illness.
Come along to enjoy and relax. Come with no expectations so you can embrace the experience as it unfolds.
The evening will be run by Jay Rughani from Optimum Wellbeing. Jay is a Sound and Mindset Practitioner, with over 20 years of experience in various complementary therapies, to do with Mindset, Energy and Sound.
To make the very most of the experience, we recommend the following:
- Please ensure you are in a room where you are not disturbed
- Wear socks as your feet may start to get cold
- Wear comfortable and loose clothing.
- Have a blanket or a thrown which you can cover yourself with.
- If you choose to lie on the floor use a thick duvet, so you are comfortable for the duration. Alternatively, you can simply lie on your bed.
- Lower the lighting in the room if you can, have a candlelit if you would like too.
- Eat dinner before the event, and keep a glass of water with you to enjoy at the end of the session.
- Attend on time for the Introduction of what to expect
